As human beings it’s our birth right to feel happy and alive. My greatest passion is to educate, motivate and empower my community to seek healthy choices that support a happy and full life. Fitness is not just about looking fit, it’s about an ecosystem of the wholebody, from building muscle, understanding breathing techniques to a positive mind-set, looking at your body as a whole system will help you choose YOUR success to a healthy lifestyle.
I meet my clients from where they are and never push them harder than necessary, my focus is to educate you about exercise, about the benefits of movement and understanding what nourishment looks like. Using language that supports a positive mind-set, an eye for detail to encourage re-education of posture and understanding how to fuel your body for your desired outcome.
Having discovered functional movements for myself, I noticed my daily activities became easier, my aches and pains grew less frequent, and my energy levels increased. I have trained in a variety of exercise modalities, such as Contemporary Yoga, Somatics, TRX suspension, Dumbbells, cables, and Swiss ball; I’ve found useful tools to create a varied program for you to support your health goals in a sustainable and fun way.
Living a healthy full life of exercise, rest and nourishing eating doesn’t have to be hard, you just have to be committed to yourself.

What I Offer

 

Personal Training

My job is to make sure you reach your health goals; therefore your 1 on 1 sessions are personal to you, this includes mobile app with personalised workouts scheduled to keep you on track and updated either weekly, fortnightly or monthly, you progress at your own pace.
Small group personal training is an opportunity to share the load and workout with your favourite humans with a personal trainer experience – max 3 humans.
In the park boot camps, either one on one or small groups, boot camps are designed with your goals, but fun is at the heart of each session, from running drills to box fit, variety, fun and fresh air are the main ingredients for this option.

Yoga

One on one session provides you with space and time to experience yoga in a supportive way, and can help with recovery from injury or daily training sessions, education around posture, and movement patterns to help with fatigue, posture imbalance and pain.
Private group bookings are a wonderful way for setting a theme of health and well-being for your functions such as hen parties, baby showers and friendly gatherings.
Corporate and Healthcare providers’ wellness, yoga is an essential pathway for helping those in high stress and demanding roles. Reduce stress, education around how to reset the brain and the body.

Goal Setting

Goal setting is about knowing what you want and I’m here to help you peel back your layers. I like to start your journey with a complimentary consultation; this is a great way to meet you from where you are, we discuss your goals and work together to come up with a SMART plan that is achievable, realistic, timely and enjoyable.
